Here are six simple steps to use Aftercare:

• Download our Aftercare App to order services from your favourite laundry and dry cleaning merchant.
• Enter your pin code in the “merchant finder” section to find your favourite laundry and dry cleaning merchant.
• Put your favourite laundry and dry cleaning services in your cart.
• Select your delivery address, and schedule your pickup & delivery date and time.
• Apply coupons to avail good value discounts on your selected services. You’ll be notified by email when your order is placed.
• So sit back and relax—no more laundry and dry cleaning errands to run.

If the merchant shop is closed when you do your search, it will display at the bottom of the page with the next possible delivery time marked in red. However, if your favourite laundry and dry-cleaning merchant isn't currently included on our platform, we're in progress to get them onboarded.

You can pay through multiple payment options such as debit card, credit card, and UPI. All the payment options are safe and secure. Additionally, your payment details are protected by our secure online payment system.

Aftercare allows customers to select the preferred delivery time while placing the order. This helps our customers to choose their convenient time that does not tamper with their regular schedule.

Once you place an order and the merchant accepts it, your order status will change from pending to accepted. You'll also receive an email after your order has been accepted. However, you'll also get notified on the Aftercare app or website.

The aftercare community provides all ratings and reviews, and a user can only post a review after making a transaction with that merchant.

Your feedback helps customers make better choices, and it also helps merchants improve their service by providing useful feedback.
